Our Spring citizen police academy is full
The academy consists of eight (8) weeks of instruction. Classes will meet Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the St. Petersburg Police Department, located at 1301 1 Avenue North. Attending this fun filled academy will give you insight into police work.
Completion of this course does not provide any official certification or authority.
Students will have the opportunity to learn from St. Petersburg Police Officers and Detectives:
- SWAT
- Economic Crimes
- Emergency Communications
- Crime scene processing
- Homicide
- DUI/Crash investigations
- And more…
Class size is limited to 25 applicants.
