The mission of the Fiscal Services Division is to provide support for the department, including its thirty-one (31) divisions, in the areas of financial administration and human resources related functions.
- Financial Administration - Budget preparation, financial reporting, account reconciliations, invoicing, procurement process administration, purchasing card administration, fixed asset maintenance, grants administration, payroll processing, audit compliance and reporting, contract compliance .
- Human Resources - Position control, employee hiring and status change processing, personnel file maintenance/compliance, FMLA, workers compensation, military and contract compliance
