Shooting Investigation

St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened around 6am this morning, at 5245 1st Ave S. Residents in two separate units got into a fight and the suspect shot the victim. The victim, Eric O’Hara, is suffering non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is still at-large but the public is not believed to be in any danger, as the suspect and the victim know each other and incident is domestic-related.

The investigation into the shooting is underway, while we continue to locate the suspect.
