Update: Shooting Investigation Arrest

The suspect turned himself in to police yesterday evening.
Damaurie Mosley,20, the charge is attempted murder in the 1st degree.
The victim is in stable condition this morning.
Shooting Investigation - 4300 block of Cherry Street NE

It is still early in the investigation, but here is preliminary information.
At 4:20 a.m., police were called to a home in the 4300 block of Cherry St. N.E. to investigate a shooting.
During a verbal argument between a 34-year-old father and his 18-year-old stepson, the father suffered a gunshot wound.
The father suffered serious injuries. He was transported to Orlando Health BayFront Hospital.
The stepson left the scene and officers are searching for him.
This is still an active investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
