Acting on a tip through the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program, St. Petersburg detectives arrested Raymond Bourque (65) this morning for having illegal videos. His booking photo is below.
He is facing the following charges:
- 10 counts of possession of child pornography
- 10 counts of possession of sexual activities involving animals
