At 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 6th, the St. Petersburg Police Department will hold a ceremony to honor its 15 fallen officers killed in the line of duty. The tribute will be held at the Heroes of St. Pete Police & Fire Monument at Demens Landing Park, Bayshore Dr. SE and 2nd Ave. SE.

Mayor Ken Welch and members of the St. Petersburg City Council will join Police Chief Anthony Holloway in attendance.

Law enforcement agencies from around the Tampa Bay area will also join our Honor Guard for this memorial service to help us remember and honor our fallen heroes as well as those from around the nation.
