Update: Both Men Identified in Window Vandals - 400 Central Ave

Andrew O'Neill (34) and James Boyle (38) turned themselves in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Both men were identified as the men seen on video vandalizing the building at the Residences at 400 Central Avenue on July 11th.

They tore up 14 landscaping lights and broke three large windows for a total of $96,000 in damages.

O'Neill and Boyle are charged with Criminal Mischief over $1000.

On July 11th, at 11:30 p.m., two men vandalized the building at the Residences at 400 Central Avenue.

They tore up 14 landscaping lights and broke three large windows for a total of $96,000 in damages.
