Shortly after 1 am this morning, officers responded to a person shot in the parking lot of the Mobil Gas Station, located at 1750 34th St N.

Anthony Oliver (41) and DeAndre Randolph (29) were in a verbal altercation when Randolph hit Oliver over the head with a cinder block. Oliver then used his firearm and shot at Randolph.

Both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.

DeAndre Randolph was arrested and charged with:
-Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon

Anthony Oliver was arrested and charged with:
-Felon in Possession of a Firearm
-Possession of Controlled Substance
