Police investigated a man reported to be walking up and peering into the windows of vehicles parked in driveways at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 9. When confronted by police officers, Cornelius Edwards ran away but was eventually arrested near 86th Avenue North and 14th Street North. His booking photo is attached.
Edwards was wearing a ski mask, gloves, and had two handguns on him. One of the handguns was stolen in a vehicle burglary the day before. He was charged with loitering and prowling, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a stolen firearm.
