Nurse Faces Additional Charges for Stealing Patients' Credit Cards

Trenton Duckworth, a nurse, arrested last month for stealing an elderly patient's credit cards and checks, now faces additional charges involving a second victim. His booking photo is below.

On December 13, 2024, Duckworth was charged with check fraud and for using an elderly man's credit card for sports betting. Duckworth, a former nurse at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, had access to the checkbook and credit cards while the man was a patient.

During the investigation, detectives discovered Duckworth had targeted a second patient while he was working at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.

Today Duckworth was charged with the following counts for the 2nd victim:
-2cts Unlawful possession of a stolen debit or credit card -4cts Fraudulent use of personal identification information (individual over 60 years old)

The charges involving the 1st victim:
-13cts of Credit Card Fraud
-2cts of Uttering a Check with Forged Endorsement -Exploitation of a Person 65 Years of Age or Older
