At 3:19 a.m., a fight broke out in a club at 901 9th Avenue South and continued into the parking lot outside. Several shots were fired.

A 27 year old man, Delvin Jaquez Ford was shot while trying to leave the scene in a vehicle and he crashed into a pole. He was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital but he died of his injuries a short time later.

A second victim, a 26 year old woman was hit in the leg and is in stable condition.

This is an active investigation.
