Two Missing Children Found Safe - Caretakers Arrested.

Release posted on 02-03-25 at 2:37 PM

Two children reported missing from St. Petersburg in October were found safe and their caretakers were arrested.

Polk County sheriff's deputies located the boys and their caretakers during a traffic stop in Polk County on Saturday.

St. Petersburg Police had been searching for Bradley Neal, age 12, and Tramareiance Artis, age 14, since they were last seen in the area of the 500 block of 6th Avenue South in St. Petersburg on Oct. 9, 2024.

They were believed to be in the company of their caretakers Twanda Marie Neal, and Anthony Dee Davis.

Twanda Neal took Bradley to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital for an illness in October, but refused to continue medical care against the doctors' advice. She took him from the hospital without doctor's permission.

Neal is in the Polk County Jail on charges of child neglect with great bodily harm, resisting an officer without violence, and misuse of 911 or an E911 System cost over $100. She will eventually be brought to Pinellas County to face the child neglect charge.

Davis was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. All of his charges are related to the weekend traffic stop.

The children are safe and were placed in state custody.
