Detectives are seeking the public's help to identify the young man in the photograph.

On August 31, police responded to the Jordan Park area in reference to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers discovered an apartment and vehicle had been struck by bullets, but no injuries were reported.

Detective said someone who lives in the area was the intended target.

They reviewed surveillance video from the area and saw the young man in the photos in possession of a firearm shortly before the victim was shot at. An individual wearing similar type clothing and a mask was seen on video firing a weapon toward the victim.
