Shortly before 1 AM, a man and a woman were sitting in a car in an alley near 2353 13th St. S.

A man, Keiondre Church, DOB 12-15-00, who used to date the woman, walked up and fired at the man in the car. They exchanged gunfire.

The couple suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect, Church, is hospitalized in critical condition. He is charged with attempted murder in the first degree and aggravated assault.
