Fatal Hit and Run Involving a Pedestrian

Police are still actively investigating to determine who was driving the car that hit Kathy Repke.

On June 25th at 9:22 pm, Kathy Ripke (06/24/1962) was in a marked crosswalk, traveling from east to west in the 6900-BLK of 4th Street North. Ripke was struck by a vehicle as she was crossing the roadway. The driver who struck her left without rendering aid or contacting police.

Ripke was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg where she was pronounced dead.

St. Petersburg Police Investigators are attempting to locate Rosalyn Fuller, age 58, who investigators believe has information that could help with this investigation.
