Fatal Hit and Run Involving a Pedestrian

Arrest Made in Deadly Hit and Run

Rosalyn Fuller, 58, (DOB 01/10/1966), of St. Petersburg has been charged in the deadly hit and run death on 4th Street North June 25.

Fuller was arrested Sunday, August 11, on an arrest warrant. She was charged with hit and run - fail to stop at crash involving death and tampering with evidence. (Her booking photo is below)

St. Petersburg traffic investigators determined Fuller was the driver of the Honda Odyssey involved in the hit and run death of 62-year-old Kathy Repke on June 25, 2024.

Shortly before 9 p.m. that evening, Repke was crossing east to west in a marked crosswalk in the 6900 block of 4th Street North. She was struck and later died at a local hospital.

Traffic investigators identified Fuller as a person with possible knowledge about the incident. She volunteered to speak to investigators about the case.

Last week, an arrest warrant was issued for Fuller's arrest.

Update: Rosalyn Fuller has come forward to speak with police.

Police are still actively investigating to determine who was driving the car that hit Kathy Repke.

On June 25th at 9:22 pm, Kathy Ripke (06/24/1962) was in a marked crosswalk, traveling from east to west in the 6900-BLK of 4th Street North. Ripke was struck by a vehicle as she was crossing the roadway. The driver who struck her left without rendering aid or contacting police.

Ripke was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg where she was pronounced dead.

St. Petersburg Police Investigators are attempting to locate Rosalyn Fuller, age 58, who investigators believe has information that could help with this investigation.
