Just before midnight, police received calls about shots being heard at the Citrus Groves Apts. , 731 15th St. S.

Then, about 1:30 a.m., police were notified that a private vehicle dropped off Taiwan Gland, DOB 7-11-2005, at Bayfront Health hospital with a gunshot wound. He died later from his injuries.

Investigators have determined he was injured in a shooting in the parking lot of Citrus Groves Apts.
