A 70-year-old woman who suffered critical injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash at 38th Avenue North and Interstate 275 northbound in November has died.

Andrea Ruddeforth of St. Petersburg passed away at about noon Wednesday, Dec. 25th, at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital. She arrived by ambulance to the hospital the afternoon of Nov. 12.

Shortly before 2 p.m. that day, a black Chevrolet Equinox being driven by Ruddeforth exited Interstate 275 northbound at 38th Avenue North. For unknown reason, the vehicle went out of control when the driver attempted to make a westbound turn onto 38th Avenue North. It rolled over multiple times before it came to a final rest on the raised median on 38th Ave. N.
