Detectives arrested and charged Gavin Lorenzo Santos-Brown (3/23/2010) with Manslaughter for the death of Veondre Hargrove (10/25/2012).

Summary:

At 9:42 p.m. on August 8th, officers responded to 4204 11th Avenue South in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located Hargrove dead inside the home.

Throughout the investigations, detectives learned that Hargrove had gone to the home to visit a friend when Santos-Brown arrived sometime later. Shortly after, an argument ensued leaving Hargrove dead from a single gunshot wound. Santos-Brown fled on foot.

On August 11th, Santos-Brown turned himself in and was charged with Manslaughter.

The investigation is still ongoing.

At 9:42 pm last night, officers responded to 4204 11th Avenue South in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival they located Veondre Hargrove (10/25/12) dead inside of the home.
