At 6:30 p.m., Saturday, June 3, a Nissan Rogue traveling west on Central Avenue attempted to turn north on 3rd St. N. and struck Jeffrey Wilson (04/19/1969) and a 56-year-old woman who were crossing 3rd St. N. in the crosswalk.

Both were taken to the hospital. The woman's injuries were not life-threatening. Jeffrey Wilson was pronounced dead due to his injuries.

The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation.

The investigation is still ongoing.
