This case is still being actively investigated, but here is the preliminary information.

Tonight at about 7:30 p.m., employees at the PoFolks at 2001 34th St. N. had an altercation in the kitchen. One employee, Ocassio Cubby, age 53, DOB 2-21-1970, sprayed grease on two employees.

One adult man and one adult woman, both employees, suffered burns,and were transported to the Tampa General burn unit for treatment. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening at this time.

Cubby was taken into custody and is being charged with two counts of aggravated battery.
