Today St. Petersburg Police detectives charged Keondre Flournoy, DOB 8-6-95, with 2nd-degree murder in the death of Qareeb Muhammad, age 47, on December 29th, 2021. Flournoy has been in jail on unrelated charges since November 2022. His booking photo is attached.

The victim and the suspect were roommates. They were involved in a physical altercation on the morning of December 29th, 2021, and the suspect shot the victim. His body was found in a vacant lot in the 2100 block of 17th Avenue South.
