Investigators determined that a crash involving a motorcycle this past weekend, initially released as a Hit and Run Crash, was caused intentionally by the driver and passenger of the white Lincoln Mercury sedan.
The driver of the Lincoln, Narciso Rosario, DOB 3-29-90, was arrested and charged with attempted murder in the second degree. His sister, Solimar Rosario, DOB 8-20-91, was charged with attempted murder in the 2nd degree (principle).
The motorcycle driver, a 21- year- old man, remains in extremely critical condition.
At 11 a.m., on, September 17, 2022, the motorcycle was traveling east on Central Avenue approaching the 5100-block, when the sedan passenger, Solimar Rosario, hung out the passenger window, taunting the motorcyclist. The driver, Narciso Rosario, then intentionally drove the Lincoln into the motorcycle, causing it to go into oncoming westbound traffic and collide head-on with a westbound truck.
