Hit and Run Crash

Release posted on 09-17-22 at 5:02 p.m.

At 11 a.m., today, September 17, 2022, a 21 year old man was on his motorcycle traveling east on Central Avenue in the 5100-block, when a car swerved into the motorcyclist.

This caused the motorcycle to go into oncoming westbound traffic and collide head-on with another vehicle. The suspect vehicle didn't stop and left the scene. The victim suffered life-threatening injuries and is in critical condition at the hospital.

Detectives are trying to locate a white Lincoln Mercury sedan in the attached photo, that was in the area and may have information about the crash.
