Detectives arrested Marquis Leonard Herring, DOB 10-03-94, for killing Alair Moncrieffe, DOB 10-1-1989. His booking photo is attached.

He is charged with one count of 2nd degree murder. Possible additional charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.

The victims are identified as:
1. Alair J. Moncrieffe - DOB 10/01/1989
2. Timothy Lemar Marshall - DOB 09/16/1971

Investigators believe there was an altercation between three men that led to the shooting. The shooter turned himself in to police and he is being questioned at this time.

The identities of the two deceased men haven't been confirmed.

St. Petersburg Police are investigating a shooting were two men died. The victims are adults.

This occurred on 33rd St. S. near Fairfield shortly after 4:30 a.m.

PIO is headed to the scene and should arrive in about 45 minutes.
