On Wednesday, January 13, 2021 around 6:21pm Kelvin Ellison (DOB 07/04/1965) arrived at Bayfront Health suffering from a gunshot wound after a fight at 1031 15th St. S.

Detectives spoke with Toni Anita Barbery (DOB 10/20/1982) and learned that she and Ellison were involved in a physical altercation, outside of the home, when she shot him.

No arrest is being made at this time, but the investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
