The man who died in an industrial accident is Cyrenus Leroy Amon III (DOB 07/17/1973).

Police were called to the scene of what appears to be an industrial accident that killed a man at Home Depot , 2300 22nd Ave. N.

It happened at 7:30 this evening as a worker was delivering materials in back of the store. A load of construction materials struck and killed him. The man was not an employee of the store, he was the deliveryman.

It is early in the investigation, but preliminary information indicates this an industrial accident.

The victim's name will not be released until next of kin is notified.
