Sallie Hobbs Whitfield DOB 4/19/37 - great grandmother to suspect.
Antonio Maurice Graham DOB 12/21/1975 - uncle to suspect.
The two ladies lived at the house. The man did not live there.

Shortly before 4 o'clock this afternoon police were called to a home at 2968 Emerson Ave. S. A woman claimed she had been shot and fled to a neighbors house. Upon arrival police learned that there were possibly other victims inside the house and the gunman could also be inside the house. The gunman was also identified as a wanted suspect in another homicide.
Police evacuated the nearby homes and sent in the swat team. They knocked down the front wall of the house in order to get to the victims. They took Cornelius aCornbread Whitfield (dob 5-9-89 )into custody.
Unfortunately inside the home there were three adult victims found dead. A 2-year-old girl was found alive and unharmed.
Whitfield is the suspect in a homicide and attempted homicide on February 2 at the Emerald Point Apts. 2021-004037

SPPD is working a shooting in the 2900 block of Emerson Ave S. We can confirm that at least one person has been shot (non-life threatening injuries).
This is an emerging SWAT call-up.
5TH AVE. S IS CLOSED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS BETWEEN 28TH STREET AND 31ST STREET.
31ST STREET IS ALSO CLOSED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS FROM FAIRFIELD AVE. S TO 2ND AVE. S.
We are asking the public to avoid the area.
