10 Year Police Memorial Ceremony, 8 a.m., Wednesday, February 10

In 2011, within one month, the St. Petersburg Police Department lost three officers in the line of duty. Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 10th, the Department will hold a memorial ceremony to mark the 10-year anniversary of the deaths of:

• Sergeant Thomas Baitinger (EOW: January 24, 2011)
• Officer Jeffrey Yaslowitz (EOW: January 24, 2011)
• Officer David Crawford (EOW: February 21, 2011)

It will be held at 8 a.m., at the Heroes of the St. Petersburg Police Law Enforcement Memorial at Demens Landing Park.

The ceremony should last about 30 minutes. Attendees are asked to wear masks and abide by social distancing.
