At 2:45p.m., on December 23, 2021, a 2005 Toyota Sequoia driven by Yin Hua Zhuang (Male age 68 of Clearwater) was headed north on 4th Street North, when he suffered a medical episode near 70th Avenue North. The Sequoia crossed over the median and hit a southbound 2010 Nissan Sentra and a southbound 2011 Honda Odyssey.

The Sequoia continued northbound and went off the roadway striking a tree at 7300 4th Street North.

• -The Odyssey driver was not injured.
• -The Sentra driver suffered minor injuries.
• -A 70 year old female passenger in the Toyota Sequoia also suffered minor injuries.
• -Driver Yin Hua Zhuang is currently in critical condition.
• -Driver Yin Hua Zhuang is currently in critical condition.
