Detectives arrested Charles Douglas Reschar last night. He is charged with robbery (firearm implied).

Monday, at 3:50 p.m., a man walked into a Regions Bank, 3399 66th St. N., and passed a note to the teller demanding money. He implied he had a weapon but didn't show it. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as 6 feet tall, with brown hair and scratches on his face. His photo is attached.
