This morning's victim has died of his injuries. He is identified as Ronald Gary, DOB 11-29-80.

Gary and his cousin, Keyshawn Smiley, age 17, DOB 9-24-03, reside in the same home at 4114 Fairfield Ave. S. This morning they got into an argument and Smiley shot Gary multiple times.

Police arrested Keyshawn Smiley, and charged him with 1st degree murder.

At about 7:15 AM police responded to a call about a shooting at 4114 Fairfield Ave. S.

One man was shot and was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. Police have someone in custody that they are questioning.
