Update on 06-28-20 at 8:45 a.m.

The deceased victim in last night’s fatal crash has been identified as Stephen Johnson (DOB 05/28/2009).

Investigators say that around 7:55pm on June 27th, 2020, a 2006 Honda sedan traveling southbound on 34th St. S struck a 2006 Chrysler sedan that was traveling northbound, but trying to turn left onto 15th Ave. S.

Johnson, two adults and another child were transported to area hospitals after the crash. The three injured victims were all listed in stable condition as of early this morning.

SPPD investigators are still working to determine the details of the crash.

SPPD is investigating a crash involving two vehicles at 15th Ave S and 34th St S.

An 11-year-old boy died and two adults and another child were hurt.
