Laroy Jerrell Williams, DOB 7-4-94, of St. Petersburg, was arrested for shooting and killing 29-year-old Nathan Tyler on February 1st. His booking photo is attached.

The fatal shooting occurred in the parking lot at 2300 22nd Avenue North at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

The two men had a dispute and agreed to meet in the parking lot and that led to the shooting.

Williams was charged with murder in the 2nd degree.
