• Jeramie Lamar Maynor, DOB 9/4/87, (6) counts sale/possess controlled substance (marijuana) within 1,000 feet of a convenience business. (7) counts possession of marijuana.
• Jarvis Maynor, DOB 11/09/89, (2) counts of sale/delivery crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a convenience business. (2) counts possession of cocaine.
• Trevon Montrell Barton, DOB 3/30/20, (1) count sale/delivery crack cocaine. (1) count possession of crack cocaine.
• Adrian Leon Harris, DOB 12/13/89, (2) counts of sale/possession of controlled substance (marijuana) within 1,000 feet convenience business, (3) counts possession of marijuana, (1) count conspiracy to deliver marijuana.

This afternoon, at about 12:30 p.m., St. Petersburg Police detectives served a search warrant on the Qwik Stop Food Mart, 1440 49th Street South. Detectives have evidence of open illegal drug sales occurring inside the store. In some cases, the clerks were also involved.

In video from inside the store, Tyree Bell, who is wanted for the murder of Arnieceia Milton on November 15th, can be seen weighing and selling pot. In clip 2, he openly exchanges money for drugs. In clip 3, Bell gets a baggie from the clerk, and sells it to a woman in the store. The video is from November first, the same day Dameion Cookinson was killed in the store parking lot. His homicide remains unsolved.

Several people were arrested today. Bell remains at large.
