Update on 04-21-20

The deceased victim found in the water, east of Vinoy Park on April 18, 2020, has been identified as Zachary Clouser, a male with (DOB 7/6/1985).

The Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine a cause of death, this process could take some time.

SPPD launched a death investigation after a decomposed body was found in the water, east of Vinoy Park at 2:08 this afternoon.

At this time there is no information on the individual's sex, identity or cause of death.
