Missing Elderly Man

Please help us find endangered 78 year old Henry Lee Jones (DOB 4-3-41), missing since 10 pm Sunday. He has dementia and was last seen walking in the area of 12 Ave N and 70 St N.

He is 5’07 tall,170lbs, and is wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, white socks, brown house slippers and a gray blanket around his shoulders.
