We need the public’s help to identify the driver in a hit and run crash involving a bicyclist. Video is attached.

On November 1st, a white Chevrolet sedan struck a bicyclist as he was crossing 49th Street on the Pinellas Trail (666 49th Street S.). The driver stopped to move the bicycle out of the roadway and drove off.

The victim suffered broken bones, but his injuries are not life-threatening. The victim is willing to talk to reporters. If interested, please contact the PIO office 727-893-7550.
