Police Officers will tee-up with members of the community in the first Building Unity in our Community Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, November 16, 8:30 a.m., at Mangrove Bay Golf Course, 875 62nd Ave NE. See attached flyer for details.

Each team will include one officer, in an effort to build positive relationships while they have fun playing in a relaxed setting. Money raised from the tournament will benefit two 501(c3) charities in St. Petersburg, Parent Support for Education Council and Advantage Village Academy.

Also, there will be a special guest player, 100 year old Herbert Dixon. Dixon was inducted into the National Black Golf Hall of Fame (1998), the African American Golfers Hall of Fame (2012),and the Polk County Sports Hall of Fame.
