Parking Meter Vandals Arrested
Earlier this evening, officers arrested Nicholas Ryan Scott Windholz, DOB 2-27-85, and Kiersten Lynn Lyons, DOB 6-4-87, for spraying foam sealant into downtown parking meters.
Windholz is charged with 3 counts of felony criminal mischief . Lyons is charged with one count.
They are being booked into the Pinellas jail, so booking photos aren't available yet.
