Ajani Welch, DOB 10-17-1999, was arrested and charged with the first degree murder of Artez Davis.

Davis was walking in an alley near 18th Avenue South and 47th Street, when Welch fired the shots that killed Davis on October 12, earlier this year.

A Crimestoppers tip led to the arrest in Hillsborough County last night, November 6. Paperwork is being completed to transfer him to Pinellas County.
