Meter Mischief

Twice in the last week, someone vandalized dozens of parking meters with spray foam sealant, causing thousands of dollars of damage (estimated $10k-$12k damage/parts/labor). Several of the machines were damaged beyond repair and many required extensive maintenance to clean and repair. Photos attached.

The first incident occurred Sunday, October 27, in the 600 block of Central Avenue sometime between 11 a.m.- 5 p.m., 27 meters damaged

The second incident occurred Friday, November 1, in the 400 block of Central Ave between 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m., 26 meters damaged
Case# 2019-47959

We are looking for any information that may help to identify a suspect and lead to an arrest.
