The deceased victim is:
Quentin Hicks DOB 9-4-76, 4159 4th Avenue South, St. Petersburg.

We will not release the name of the other victim due to the active investigation.

Also, we attached video of the shooting. It shows a blue 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe pulling away from the black BMW immediately after the shots were fired at the victims in the BMV.

Previously released

One of the victims died. The other has non life threatening injuries.

Police responded to a car that crashed into a tree at 4:21 p.m. on 1st St NE near 20th Ave . Two adult men in the car had gunshot wounds. One victim's injuries are life threatening, the other has serious injuries.

It is early in the investigation, but at this time detectives believe the shooting occurred about four blocks away in the 1700 block of Bay St., Northeast.
