The driver of the Honda, Curtis Rucker DOB 8-1-2000 , is in critical but stable condition. His 16 year old passenger was treated and released from the hospital.

The driver of the BMW, Ford Keyes , DOB 11-11-54, suffered minor injuries and was released from the hospital. His wife Barbara Kyes, DOB 10-21-51 , suffered serious injuries and is in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing at this time. The intersection is expected to be closed for another hour.

Police are on the scene of a serious accident at 34th Avenue North and 5th St. involving two cars.

Four people were injured and transported to the hospital.

The intersection will be closed in all directions for the investigation for several hours.
