Saturday at 8:30 p.m., a Hyundai Sonata, driven by Margaret Sherry Capabianco, age 71, was eastbound on 40th Avenue Northeast in the 1100 block.She turned left to go into a driveway and into the path of a westbound Kawasaki motorcycle.

The motorcycle driver, Michael Paul Lyon (01/20/1993), hit the right side of Capabianco's vehicle. Lyon was transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg where he was pronounced dead from the injuries he received in the crash.

Impairment was not a factor for Capabianco and the investigation is ongoing.
