Shooting Investigation
Victim:Darrell Simmons Jr DOB 2/16/88
He is in critical but stable condition.

At 5:15 p.m., police received a call for a person shot outside in the parking lot near the Food Max,1400 18th Avenue South.
One man has life- threatening injuries.
This is under investigation and I will release additional details as they become available.
