Police arrested Sean Aundre Flournoy, DOB 10-9-99, for shooting a man on November 16, 2018. He turned himself in at the police department Monday, January 7.

On that date, Flournoy gave the victim a ride in exchange for marijuana. After arriving at the destination, 516 Hampton Avenue NE, Flournoy and others in the car attempted to rob the victim. Flournoy shot him once and Marquis Scott, DOB 7-25-1999, pushed him out of the car.

The victim, Ethan Murphy, DOB 10-18-2000, survived, but suffered a spinal cord injury.
Flournoy faces an attempted felony murder charge.

Marquis Scott, DOB 7-25-1999 was arrested earlier on December 20th, and was also charged with attempted felony murder.
