The pedestrian in this crash has been identified as Mary McGhee(DOB 5/12/60). The delay was to notify family members.

The investigation into the crash is still active.

At 8:18 p.m. police responded to an Altima that struck a pedestrian on 4th St.N. near Lincoln Circle. The victim, an adult woman, was pronounced dead at Bayfront Health.

The driver stopped and is cooperating with investigators.

All lanes of 4th St N. are closed , north and southbound, between 62nd Ave., North and Mystic Lake Dr., North. They will remain closed for several hours for the investigation.
