Update 12-16-19, Video of Suspect vehicle

Here's a video of the suspect's car involved in the recent killing of Jason Carr (DOB 5/10/1995) in the parking lot at 2570 25th Ave. North, the morning of December 9.

The surveillance (good color video) video shows a newer black SUV involved in the homicide as it leaves the area after the shooting. Then we show grainy surveillance video of the same vehicle dropping off the suspect before the shooting.

Just to be clear, it's not chronological, we wanted to show the clearer video off the top.

Update 12-10-19, Video of Suspect in Recent Homicide

We need the public's help in identifying the suspect in the recent killing of Jason Carr (DOB 5/10/1995)in the parking lot at 2570 25th Ave. North, the morning of December 9.

Attached is surveillance video of the suspect walking near the murder scene.

While it is difficult to see his face clearly, we believe someone who knows him will recognize his gait or clothing.

Previously released on 12-09-10

The victim in this morning's shooting has been identified as Jason Carr (DOB 5/10/1995).

After receiving a call around 6:30am officers arrived to 2570 25th Ave N and found Carr suffering from gun shot wounds. He was transported to Bayfront Hospital in critical condition, but later died from his injuries.

The investigation into the shooting is active and ongoing.
