On Friday, December 6, St. Petersburg detectives arrested Jesse Millis-Dwyer, DOB 9-26-1994, for sexually molesting a child (girl) under age 12. The suspect and the victim are known to each other. Millis-Dwyer’s booking photo is attached.

The suspect had taken a photo of a sexual nature of the victim and uploaded it to a Russian photo sharing site. Homeland Security Investigations notified St. Petersburg police that the photo originated from a computer in St. Petersburg. Detectives went to the address and questioned the suspect. Investigators also found explicit child pornography on his electronic devices.

Millis-Dwyer faces charges for: -Lewd and lascivious molestation -Sexual Battery on a child less than 12 -11 counts of possession of child pornography -Unlawful use of a 2-way communication device -Harmful materials: sale or distribution to minors or using minors in production prohibited
