On Wednesday, August 21, a student at Gibbs High School, 850 34th St. S., made a threatening comment in class in front of an adult and other students. The comments were reported to school resource officers.

Officers went to the student's home and after further investigation, arrested Brandon Scott, DOB 2/19/2001.

He is charged with false report of a bomb/firearm to conduct bodily harm ( felony ).
